RODEOHOUSTON Super Series I is officially underway, and the daysheet is out for Round 1. Check out the top headlines of the Series that kicks off March 4 at 6:45 p.m.

  1. Going for back-to-back Saddles
Athlete: Tyler Waguespack | Steer Wrestling
This five time World Champion is looking to win RODEOHOUSTON for the second time, bolstering his chances for a sixth gold buckle.
  2. Barrels to Beat
Athlete: Lisa Lockhart | Barrel Racing
Lisa has amassed $3.7 million in Rodeo earnings. Though she has qualified to the NFR 18 times, the biggest payday in Houston is one of the few regular season majors she hasn’t won.
  3. Double Trouble
Athlete: Wacey Schalla | Bareback Riding (Bull Riding in Super Series II)
After a stellar rookie season in 2024, the all-around cowboy is attempting to win over $130k here in Houston. He is the only RODEOHOUSTON athlete in multiple contests this year, trying to win in both bareback and bull riding in only his second season as a pro.
