Commercial Exhibits & Expos
Thank you for your interest in becoming a commercial exhibitor at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo™. We accept applications for new exhibitors between May 15 and Aug. 15 each year for the following year’s event. All applications are reviewed and evaluated on their own merit, not on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please review the commercial exhibits program information sheet and Commercial Exhibitor Handbook prior to submitting an application. Both contain important information about the program and rules.
Applications are now closed for the 2024 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. The application will be open May 15-August 15 for the 2025 Show.

Additional Opportunities
Ag Expo
Ag Expo is a trade show atmosphere for a limited number of agricultural exhibits, located directly adjacent to the Main Arena in NRG Center. For the first week of the Show, Row L of the cattle stalls in the Yellow section are cleared to make room for up to 10 agriculture focused exhibit booths.
This space is offered only during the first week of the Show, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. This opportunity provides great exposure to the cattle exhibitors for one third of the labor costs associated with exhibiting as a regular commercial exhibitor in the Show!

- Includes: 10′ x 10′ space; pipe and drape, one 8′ table, two chairs
All Breeds Expo
All Breeds Expo is a trade show atmosphere for a limited number of agricultural exhibits, located in NRG Arena. For the first two days of the Show, these agriculture focused exhibit booths can be found near the Sales Pavilion.

Ranching & Wildlife Expo
The Ranching & Wildlife Expo is a trade show for a limited number of ranching & wildlife-related exhibits, located on the second floor of NRG Center. For the first week of the Show, all things Ranching & Wildlife take center stage on the east end, including these exhibit booths. This space is offered only during the first week of the Show, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
