5 p.m. – Cocktail reception, Bidder Registration and Silent Auction
6 p.m. – Dinner and Program
7 p.m. – Live Auction Begins
8:30 p.m. – Silent Auction Closes

- Bidder and Partnership Registration – If you have previously registered with HLSR as an auction bidder, you do not have to re-register. There is a QR Code in your donor packet with a link to our new online registration forms. Registration is available to complete online now.
