GEORGE STRAIT BREAKS NRG STADIUM ATTENDANCE RECORD WITH 80,108 FANS AT 2019 HOUSTON LIVESTOCK SHOW AND RODEO™
The concert-only performance with George Strait and special guests Lyle Lovett and Robert Earl Keen breaks the record for any event held in NRG Stadium with 80,108 fans to close out the 2019 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
This concert-only performance breaks the previous record from 2013, set by George Strait with special guests Martina McBride and Randy Rogers Band with 80,020 fans.
Straits 2019 performance marks his 30th performance at the Rodeo, since 1983. To date, Strait has entertained more than 1.7 million RODEOHOUSTON fans. This performance marks Lovett’s third performance, and Keen’s fifth.
