Houston Livestock Show and Rodeoâ„¢ | Winter Committee Showcase Saturday, January 17, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Location | NRG Center 600 Series 3 NRG Park, Houston, TX 77054 The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Committee Showcase gives individuals an opportunity to meet with some of our committees and learn about their responsibilities as well as the requirements involved to be a part of an organization more than 36,000 strong! Those interested will have an opportunity to sign up to become a member: Must be 21 years of age or older Does not guarantee a volunteer position Only recruiting committees that have signed up to participate will be in attendance Participating Committees: Facility Services | Supervises cleaning staff and contractors to maintain the Show grounds, including the livestock show, horse show and carnival, helping to ensure clean facilities and grounds for the public and exhibitors. Recycling | Handles the Show’s extensive recycling program. Committee members recycle cardboard, plastic and aluminum, resulting in thousands of pounds of recycled products, keeping these items out of landfills.
