New for 2022

Fine Dining

The Ranch Saloon + Steakhouse is a new restaurant concept from Berg Hospitality Group that offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a sit-down dining experience. The Ranch is comprised of two separate dining areas, the Saloon, a first-come, first-served casual dining experience with an upscale, yet approachable menu, and The Steakhouse, a fine dining experience featuring highlights from B&B Butchers & Restaurant, The Annie Café & Bar and B.B. Lemon. Guests can reserve tables in advance. Located at the southwest corner of the NRG Astrodome, The Ranch Saloon + Steakhouse features two full bars, a tequila bar on the outdoor patio, live music and more.

New Food Items

Among the highlights:

Deep Fried Jambalaya Roll: This delicious blend of flavors is combined with morsels of chicken and delicious sausage that is married with rice and Cajun seasonings to create a mouthwatering experience. It’s deep fried to a golden brown perfection and served with a tangy dipping sauce that will make this an instant must-have. Available at Cajun Cowboy in Rodeo Plaza.

Pickle Pizza: Fresh baked pizza slice with dill cream sauce topped with cheese, spices and dill pickles. Available at Swain’s Concessions outside NRG Arena.

Southern Fried Chicken Alfredo Ball: A golden fried ball, filled with fettuccine alfredo, Southern fried chicken bites, and fresh mozzarella cheese. It’s garnished with homemade alfredo sauce, grated parmesan cheese, Italian parsley, fresh basil, and cracked black pepper. Served with a side of flash fried lemon pepper asparagus spears, and a toasted garlic parmesan baguette. Available at Southern Fried Saloon by Gourmet Royale in Circle Drive.

Island Slaw: Creamy coleslaw with mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, snap peas, topped with teriyaki chicken a light sriracha glaze and sprinkled with crushed macadamia nuts. Available at Island Noodles in The Junction.
