Food & Retail Vendors

Thank you for your interest in applying to become an exhibitor at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo™. We accept applications for new exhibitors between May 15 and Aug. 15 during each year for the following year’s event. All applications are reviewed and evaluated on their own merit, not on a first-come, first-served basis. The criteria are further described in the application itself.

Please review the Commercial Exhibitor Handbook prior to submitting an application. The Handbook contains important information about the program and rules.



Confirmed exhibitors for the 2018 Rodeo may sign their lease agreement, pay dues and manage their account through the login portal. Login information is available in the final contract. If you have difficulty logging in, please contact the Commercial Exhibits Office.

Participate in the Ag Expo!

Ag Expo is a trade show atmosphere for a limited number of agricultural exhibits, located directly adjacent to the Main Arena in NRG Center. For the first week of the Show, Row L of the cattle stalls in the Yellow section are cleared to make room for six agriculturally-related exhibit booths.

This space is offered only during the first week of the Show, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. This opportunity provides great exposure to the cattle exhibitors for one third of the labor costs associated with exhibiting as a regular commercial exhibitor in the Show!
