Refunds

  • All sales are final. No refunds, no rain checks and no cash value for Half-Price Carnival Packs or Carnival Food Cards.
  • If your Fun Card is lost or stolen after you receive it, take your PROOF OF PURCHASE to Ray Cammack Shows' Guest Services on the carnival grounds for a replacement card with remaining credit.
  • Carnival hours are subject to weather conditions.
  • Half-Price Carnival Packs and Carnival Food Cards are only valid during 2017. 

Delivery Options

  • We cannot cancel an order or change the delivery method after you submit your order.

Will Call

  • Admission tickets to the World's Championship Bar-B-Que Contest or NRG Park can by downloaded from your "Online Sales Receipt – Payment Received" and are required to enter the grounds.
  • Collect all Carnival products and Season Passes from a Will Call building located outside the entrance gates. You must present your receipt (from a printed copy or your mobile device) to pick up your order. 
  • View Carnival Will Call Map

  • The Will Call building, located inside the Carnival, opens daily when the Carnival opens, and closes at 9:30 p.m. daily.

Mail

  • The last day to select mail as a delivery option is Friday, Feb. 17, 2017. After that date, all orders will be placed in Will Call.
  • If you do not receive your mail order after seven business days, please email ctscstatus@rodeohouston.com and put your order number in the subject line. 

Resale Policy

Half-Price Carnival Packs and Carnival Food Cards may not be resold for an amount greater than the stated face value.
