S&B, a leading engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company, proudly renews its partnership with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as the Official Barrel Racing Sponsor for 2025 through 2027. This year marks S&B’s fourth consecutive year as the Official Barrel Racing Sponsor.

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo draws millions of attendees and generates a total economic impact of $330 million annually, making it one of the largest events of its kind. Its mission aligns closely with S&B’s values: promote education, empower youth and athletes, and celebrate the strength of the Houston community.

“S&B has been a proud supporter of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for many years, and we’re honored to continue the tradition as the Official Barrel Racing sponsor,” said Jeff Sipes, Chief Executive Officer at S&B. “The Rodeo is fully supported by our customers and our colleagues for its commitment to education and the community. As a company founded in Houston, we are proud supporters of the Rodeo.”

Barrel Racing, a fan-favorite event of the RODEOHOUSTONÒ Super Series, attracts tens of thousands of attendees daily and features athletes competing for the coveted championship title. The 20-day tournament-style competition highlights athletes and supports Texas student success.

“S&B’s multiyear sponsorship through 2027 is a vital investment in the Houston community, supporting education and youth,” said Chris Boleman, President and CEO of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. “With a $28 million educational commitment for 2025 and $330 million in annual economic impact, the Rodeo remains a cornerstone of our community, and partners like S&B help us create lasting benefits for Houston and beyond.”

As part of S&B’s commitment to the community, the company also supports the Rodeo’s Industrial Craft Competition (ICC), an event showcasing the skills of students pursuing careers in construction trades, as well as the Rodeo’s annual scholarship program benefiting local Houston-area students. As a founder and fifth-year supporter of the ICC initiative, S&B continues to invest in the next generation of skilled workers. This mission complements its longstanding commitment to quality and innovation in engineering and construction.

The 2025 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo begins on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, and runs through Sunday, March 23, 2025.
