On Monday night, nine athletes locked in their places in the RODEOHOUSTON® Semifinals, advancing one step closer to the championship round.
Contestants competed across three go-rounds, with the top four athletes in each event earning advancement based on their aggregate scores.

“I’ll be able to watch the cattle in the first semifinals, figure out my draw, and come up with a specific game plan,” Cooper said. “Just coming in with a great feel and keeping it rolling with my horsepower.”
