The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is proud to announce a new fine dining experience by Fertitta Entertainment, a world-renowned hospitality company recognized for culinary excellence, innovative concepts, and immersive guest experiences. This collaboration will introduce a high-end, full-service dining destination, celebrating the bold flavors, exceptional hospitality, and Western flair that define the spirit of Houston’s largest annual event.

About 1932 Cattleman’s Club
Rooted in a tribute to the Rodeo’s rich history, this new fine dining concept, 1932 Cattleman’s Club, will blend culinary artistry with Western sophistication. The menu celebrates the bold flavors of contemporary American cuisine. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to delight the senses and elevate the dining experience.

Selections from the oyster & raw bar, include the decadent Cajun Cowboy Oysters, delicate Hamachi Crudo, and a visually stunning Seafood Tower. Adventurous palates will appreciate the Wagyu Carpaccio, Maple Glazed Quail, Shrimp & Crab Cheesecake, and elevated Caviar Service experience.

The World of Wagyu and USDA Prime offerings are sure to excite all steak lovers and feature Snake River Farms, A5, Akaushi Beef, and Mishima Reserve – just to name a few. The showstopping 1932 Trail Boss Flaming Tomahawk will be a sight for all guests to enjoy. A selection of accompaniments includes popular items like Prime Rib Chili, Shrimp & Crab Remoulade, Lobster Mac and Cheese and Au Gratin Potatoes.

Crafted with precision and flair, the cocktail menu showcases both timeless classics and inventive creations including The Cattleman’s Old Fashioned, Ranch Water Royale as well as mixologist features inspired by global flavors and local ingredients.  The wine list is a celebration of terroir and tradition, featuring exceptional bottles from renowned regions around the world.

1932 Cattleman’s Club’s menu is a celebration of culinary innovation and timeless flavors, inviting guests to discover new favorites and enjoy reimagined classic dishes.

The venue, located at NRG Park on Stadium Drive, outside of NRG Stadium’s East entrance in place of The Ranch, will feature both lunch and dinner service, complemented by the children’s menu designed to bring new flavors to Rodeo’s youngest guests. Late-night offerings will also cater to fans looking for elevated, easy-access dining after the rodeo and concert performance.

1932 Cattleman’s Club is slated to debut at the 2026 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, with construction and design details to be revealed in the coming months.
