Commercial Exhibitors


Thank you for your interest in applying to become an exhibitor at the 2016 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo! We accept applications for new exhibitors between May 1 and Aug. 31 during each year for the following year’s event. All applications are reviewed and evaluated on their own merit, not on a first-come, first-serve basis. The criteria are further described in the application itself. Please review the Commercial Exhibitor Handbook prior to submitting an application. The Handbook contains important information about the program and rules. The application for Commercial Exhibit space for the 2016 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo will be posted May 1, 2015 and will be due August 31, 2015. Exhibitors that are selected for the 2016 Show will be notified by early December 2015.

Exhibitor Handbook

The Commercial Exhibitor Handbook contains Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo policies and procedures. This handbook has been developed to ensure the best Show possible for our visitors and exhibitors. It is the responsibility of each commercial exhibitor to read this information, know the rules, and ensure that their staff does the same.
