Lifetime Directors

Lifetime Directors are members who have served the organization with distinction and who have been nominated to be a Lifetime Director by the Nominating Committee and confirmed by a majority of the members present and eligible to vote at the annual meeting of the membership. Lifetime Directors shall have the privileges of members of the board of directors, but will not have a vote in the meeting of the board of directors.
