A Revolution in Rodeo
Each year, champion cowboys and cowgirls compete the world's richest regular-season PRCA rodeo. In 2009, contestants competed for a total purse of more than $1.4 million. The stakes get higher in 2010, when contestants will be riding and roping for more than $1.5 million in prize money.
Each RODEOHOUSTON BP Super Series Championship event champion receives $50,000, in addition to his or her previous winnings, and all winnings counts toward the PRCA World Standings and qualifications to the National Finals Rodeo.
