The excitement gets uncorked at the Rodeo Uncorked! Roundup and Best Bites Competition, as attendees delight their taste buds at this lively event featuring the announcement of the International Wine Competition Champions, as well as the culinary competition of regional restaurants and catering institutions. Contest entries win top honors and ride away with trophy saddles, buckles and chaps. The 2010 Rodeo Uncorked! Roundup and Best Bites Competition was held Feb. 21 in Reliant Center.
