The 2008 Show featured a larger, kid-focused area with fun for all! Kids competed for a belt buckle in the mutton bustin contest (riding small sheep), and the ever-popular stick horse rodeo. The championship round was held on Saturday, March 22.

New vendors had booths for sand art, hand wax, face painting and paint ball! The Kids Country outdoor stage had daily entertainment including cowboy poets, karaoke and local talent like marching bands and square dancers.

Kids and adults jumped on the gondola Sky Ride for transportation between Kids Country and the carnival area near Reliant Stadium! Be sure to check back to see what’s in store for next year!
