Texas 4-H Development Foundation

The award was given on behalf of the Texas 4-H Foundation for the 51 years of continued support the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo has provided to the 4-H youth of Texas through the significant scholarship and programmatic support. The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is the oldest and largest continual supporter in the history of the Texas 4-H Foundation.
