How to Participate

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo World’s Championship Bar-B-Que Contest! We accept waitlist applications from new teams between May 1 and August 31 of each year for the following year’s Contest. Unfortunately, the deadline has passed for the 2015 World’s Championship Bar-B-Que Contest. Please check back during the waitlist application period for the 2016 Contest for the next opportunity to apply.
