How do I get a booth at the Show?

We accept applications for new exhibitors between May 1 and Aug. 31 during each year for the following year’s event. Visit the Commercial Exhibitor page for more information.

How do I get on the approved vendor list?

The only "vendor list" we have is for licensees.

Do I have to be a licensed vendor?

Any item that contains a Show logo or trademark that will be offered (sold or given) to a member/volunteer must come from a licensed vendor.

How much does it costs to be a licensed vendor?

How do I find out what is open/out for bid?

Open bid opportunities are posted on this webpage. Please check back for new opportunities.
